At our recent CQC inspection our rating was 'GOOD' in all areas

  You are able to book appointments online and view your medical records as well as order repeat prescriptions to be delivered straight to the chemist of your choice.  Registration is via our prescription page.  For security reasons we ask you to bring into surgery proof of name and address, plus photo ID.

Evening & Saturday Opening Hours

Improving access to general practice: evening and Saturday appointments now available

Patients who are registered at this practice can now book an appointment to see a GP or nurse on weekday evenings 6:30pm-8pm or Saturday 8am-2pm.  Appointments will take place for this extended service in Bracknell at the Boundary House surgery premises.  Throughout the winter months, December – March,  these extended hours will also operate on a Saturday alternative weeks at Magnolia House, Ascot & here at Sandhurst Group Practice.

This is addition to the extended hours service at Sandhurst Group Practice which is every Thursday evening to 7:30pm and Saturday mornings 08:30am-11am.

By March 2019 everyone in England will benefit from access to general practice appointments in the evenings and weekends at a time that is most convenient to them.
