Follow the signs to Sandhurst from the A3095 and get into the right hand lane at the Rackstraw set of traffic lights. (You will see the Beefeater pub directly to your right before you turn right into Yorktown Road).

Continue down Yorktown Road past ‘Sandhurst Memorial Park’ located on your left

Immediately after the 2nd turning on the left (eg Coachmans Grove) you will come to a pedestrian crossing, where you need to turn left into the ‘Broadway Shopping Parade’ you will see a parade of shops and a large salmon pink building directly to the left of you. This is our Sandhurst surgery.

Take the 1st left where you will find our car park located to the rear of the building. You will also find parking spaces in the front of the building.

If you are visiting the surgery during our extended hours or on a Saturday, please go to the front of the building and ring the bell at the ‘Staff’ entrance, where a member of staff will let you into the building.
