SGP Patient Group are pleased to announce their next Education event on SLEEP

It is with regret we announce that Dr Kanjaria has resigned from Sandhurst Group Practice with immediate effect.  I 

I am sure all the patients will join the staff in wishing him  well for the future 

Dr Faure will be taking over his patient list from June 2019

 Dr Boardman's named patient list  will be looked after by Dr Tanner with immediate effect and she will officially join us as a Full Time GP week commencing 19th August 2019

 

From Monday 11th February 2019 our Home Visits will be carried out by our new Paramedic - he will have ID for checking and will arrive in a normal car.  He has full access to your notes and will be communicating with your Named GP.  Please request a Home Visit through Reception as normal.  The Paramedic may  phone to check your symptoms and the emergency beforehand so make sure we have your correct contact details.

We no longer offer Travel advice & Clinics. You  will need to go to your local Travel Clinic for this advice or go online to a travel Website.  Some larger Chemists also offer Travel Clinics.

At our recent CQC inspection our rating was 'GOOD' in all areas

  You are able to book appointments online and view your medical records as well as order repeat prescriptions to be delivered straight to the chemist of your choice.  Registration is via our prescription page.  For security reasons we ask you to bring into surgery proof of name and address, plus photo ID.
