Dr Moodley has left Sandhurst Group Practice & Dr Moodley's patients have each been allocated a new GP


Please feel free to look on Patient Access or contact either reception desk to enquire who your new named GP is.  Due to the shortage of GPs we have not been able to allocate everyone a named GP at the Owlsmoor site and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.  Please bear with us as we work closer as one Sandhurst Group Practice.

At our recent CQC inspection our rating was 'GOOD' in all areas


  You are able to book appointments online and view your medical records as well as order repeat prescriptions to be delivered straight to the chemist of your choice.  Registration is via our prescription page.  For security reasons we ask you to bring into surgery proof of name and address, plus photo ID.

Practice nurses are qualified and registered nurses. They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks, travel help advice, immunisations and dressings. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes and carry out cervical smears.
