Flu Clinic Update - November


If you are aged between 18-64 and are eligible for a flu vaccine (at risk group), please contact the practice to book your flu clinic appt at Owlsmoor surgery for Saturday 9th November. Please note this is not a walk in session.

 Our Home Visits are now carried out by our Paramedic - he will have ID for checking and will arrive in a normal car.  He has full access to your notes and will be communicating with your Named GP.  Please request a Home Visit through Reception as normal.  The Paramedic may  phone to check your symptoms and the emergency beforehand so make sure we have your correct contact details. 


We no longer offer Travel advice & Clinics. You  will need to go to your local Travel Clinic for this advice or go online to a travel Website such as fit-for-travel 


Some larger Chemists also offer Travel Clinics.

At our recent CQC inspection our rating was 'GOOD' in all areas


  You are able to book appointments online and view your medical records as well as order repeat prescriptions to be delivered straight to the chemist of your choice.  Registration is via our prescription page.  For security reasons we ask you to bring into surgery proof of name and address, plus photo ID.

The surgery has introduced a new form to assist with the testing of your urine samples. Please complete the form below each time you bring a urine sample into the surgery.

If you have a suspected Urine infection please book a telephone consultation with your GP in the first instance.  If we need you to bring in a sample you will be advised.

Sandhurst Group Practice will not accept any Urine samples for testing that have not been previously requested
